The authentic taste of Reggio cuisine
The original stables with vaulted ceilings supported by cast iron pillars are now the home of Cavazzone’s restaurant. A place where you can discover the authentic flavours of Reggio cuisine, with dishes that contain masterful combinations of typical products of the territory and organic ingredients. All accompanied by the balsamic vinegar we produce.
In the summer, a lovely terrace hosts unforgettable soirées with a view of the plains below.

An old hayloft is home to 250 barrels made of precious wood, inside which the Balsamico del Cavazzone is made. A family tradition with roots that go deep in time and with strong ties to the territory and its history, passionately transmitted to our guests in our guided tours.
